Setting: A Breakfast Restaurant. Two women chatting. One in White Linen. One in Paisley.
You are alone in a neighbouring booth, having forgotten your ear phones. You cannot help but overhear their chatter.
White Linen: "Soooooo good to see you. It has been years. How are you ….?"
You digest several minutes of catch–up. Paisley changes the subject and your ears perk up.
Paisley: “You look...

Did you ever wonder why you burst into song while in the shower?
Could be a shower, or a waterfall. Similar concept. Here’s why we sing. It is comforting to step into a relatively secure, comfy space and be able to shut out the world.
Naked and safely enclosed in the bathroom, alone, unencumbered. The perfect setting to burst into song. The warm shower water has a rhythm of its own. It feels...

“I have used this product (Zinc Oxide Blend) for 4 years on my 4 children and myself. We love it. Never have had a burn. My Mum bought a children's sunscreen in 2016 and took the grandkids for a holiday. That "children's" sunscreen ate all four of my kid’s goggles. How can that be good for the skin? My Mum now uses Earth to Body sunscreen. It does not eat goggles." Marnie, Comox
Thanks, Marnie...
