I placed an order today and am looking forward to its arrival. It was Heidi that sold it to me and so if you could pass on my email message to her that would be wonderful. I was using Proactive as a last ditch effort to heal my skin, but it was simply wreaking havoc on my skin and causing nothing but more damage.. I am hoping she remembers me as I spoke with her at length about my skin issues, poor self-esteem due to my skin issues and well, we spoke for about an hour. She was just delightful and so informative that I decided to give the skin management system a try. My friend and I thought she was phenomenal and turns out….so are your products!
