Distilled Water

Distilled water has virtually all of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container, leaving nearly all of the solid contaminants behind. Distillation produces very pure water. 

Olive Oil

Olive Oil (olea europaea) is a very valuable ingredientl used in shampoo and soap making. Olive oil is beneficial in soap as it is an excellent moisturizer, attracting external moisture and holding it to the skin, helping prevent loss of internal moisture. 

Castor Oil

Castor Oil (ricinus communis) is soothing and lubricating as it is quickly absorbed by the body. Castor oil is a natural humectant that attracts and holds moisture in the skin.

Kukui Oil

Kukui Oil (aleurites moluccana) is a rich source of linoleic acid, essential for healthy skin. It is an anti-aging and moisturizing oil that also acts as an excellent skin conditioner. 

Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil (cocos nucifera) adds additional moisturizing properties to soap and helps to harden soap. It is THE most important ingredient for rich full lathering. Coconut oil lathers so well, it will even lather in salt water.

Sweet Almond Oil

Sweet almond oil (prunus amygdalus) is rich in minerals, vitamins and proteins.

Jojoba

Jojoba (simmondsia chinensis) is an excellent moisturizer and gentle around the eyes and skin, making it a perfect addition to shampoo and soap

Palm Oil

Palm Oil (elaeis guineensis) is the primary contributor to soap. It increases the hardness of the bar. This is extremely important as many other oils used in soap have a tendency to create a soft bar of soap. 

Lemonseed Extract

Lemonseed Extract (citrus medica limonum) is a bio-citrus extract used as our natural preservative.

I decided to give this a try when I saw it at the one of a kind show in Toronto. I used to think I had dandruff but after just one wash with this shampoo my problems were gone. Makes me wonder if the shampoos were actually leaving a residue! After using this shampoo my hair feels cleaner than with any other product. I also love how great my skin feels after using it for shaving and washing as well. It's versatility and bar consistency has made it great for traveling! What a great product!

Really loved this shampoo bar, I have very thick and long hair... gets oily in the summer and dry in winter. I felt like it cleansed really well, had a moisturizing feel to it too so it did not overdry my hair. And definetly no residue in this soap. I will be trying more products from you, it was nice to see you at the Studio Fair in Prince George and glad I discovered your store.
