Last Thanksgiving (my how time flies!), this lovely lady entered our booth at the O’Shavings Craft show down in the Niagara region. She presented me with a handwritten thank you card saying she came to the festival just to give this card to us.
Here is what she wrote, word for word.
“I love using your skin care products. For the past few years I have been using the Skin Care Moisturizer. At the Marshville Days Event I purchased the tamanu cream. For some reason my skin was not happy with this cream, I contacted your company and your customer service representative was so kind and understanding and mailed me my old standby moisturizer and a shampoo bar without any hassel. I would like to offer my sincere thanks for your excellent care of your customers. Good job!”
